Ready for use

The exceptional properties of the printing material allow for direct usage of model for functional prototypes.

Rapid Prototyping

3D printing is a part of rapid prototyping field. The models are made of strong, durable and non-toxic ABS plastic.

FDM Technology

We use FDM technology (Fused Deposition Modeling) – gradual application of melted material in very thin layers. Only the amount of material that is absolutely necessary for building of model is used.

3D printing procedure

1. We will clarify all the necessary parameters such as: thermal and mechanical load of the part, required print quality and delivery date.

2. Customer sends us designed 3D part. Preferred formats are .stp,.stl or one of the formats that we are able to work with. Max. dimension are 250 x 350mm, however we are able to print even bigger parts.

3. With regards to the complexity of the part we select thickness of layer 0.1270mm, 0.1778mm, 0.2540mm or 0.3320mm and start printing.

4. According to the customers need we can further improve the printed part and improve the surface quality.

5. We prepare the part for personal pickup by the customer or we pack it and send to the required destination

Advantages of 3D printing

3D printing is the most effective way of producing a prototype, master model etc. Thanks to it's speed 3D printing is also affordable for product presentation, single-part or a small-lot production. This technology allows for production of complex shaped parts or whole assemblies. In few hours it is possible to produce a model which would take few days with the use of standard technologies. Parts that are made this way are immediately ready for use and are also suitable as master models for production of molds.

Production of prototype models

Our 3D printer Stratasys F123 Series F370 is designed for rapid production of strong prototype models made out of ABS and PLA materials and uses FDM technology for construction of models. It uses the exact amount of material that is necessary.
